For as long as the programme needs, provided it's inspected and maintained. Sheeting degrades under UV over extended periods, so on long-duration contracts we'll specify accordingly and plan for re-sheeting if it's needed.

It's designed to, for the wind loading applicable to that site. That said, after any period of high wind the structure is inspected before use — that's a legal requirement and it's also common sense. We don't wait to be asked.

Yes. Shrink-wrap gives a tighter, cleaner finish with better containment and it's the better choice where appearance matters or where dust control is critical. It costs more than monarflex, so we'll set out both options and let you decide.

Not always. On a straightforward domestic re-roof a roofer will often work around the weather. But if the property is occupied, the structure is vulnerable once opened up, or you're working through winter, a temporary roof usually pays for itself.
